  • We specialize in the sale of antique and vintage clocks.

2. Pricing & Currencies

  • Our prices are displayed in Euros (€), US Dollars (US$), Australian Dollars (A$), Japanese Yen (¥), and British Pounds (£).

  • The final transaction amount may vary slightly due to currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market changes, errors, or taxes.

3. Payments & Accepted Methods

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • PayPal

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

    • Sofort (for EU customers)

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms.

  • All transactions are final once processed.

4. Order Acceptance & Delivery

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, fraud suspicion).

  • Due to the unique nature of antique and vintage clocks, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. You will receive tracking details upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the collectible nature of our items, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, not working or significantly misdescribed.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, with proof of the issue.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (images, descriptions, logos) on this website is owned by us or licensed to us.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of product images/descriptions is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:

    • Minor imperfections consistent with the age of antique/vintage items.

    • Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

    • Indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, complying with GDPR and other regulations.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

  1. Dutch law applies to all purchases, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
