1. Free Worldwide Shipping

  • All orders include free shipping, no additional costs.

  • Processing Time: Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Every antique clock is secured with:
 Triple-layer  boxes for maximum protection.
 Custom-cut foam inserts to prevent movement.
 Bubble wrap cushioning for shock absorption.

Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the delicate and unique nature of antique clocks:
 Accepted Returns:

  • Damage during transit (email photos within 48 hours).

  • Major discrepancy from the listing (e.g., incorrect era or parts).
     Not Accepted:

  • Change of mind.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email lixusvintage@outlook.com or on our contact page within 14 days of delivery with:

    • Order number + clear photos of the issue.

  2. Authorization: We’ll approve returns for eligible cases.

  3. Repackaging: Use the original packaging materials. Improperly packed returns will be rejected.

3. Refunds

  • Damaged Items: Full refund or replacement (your choice).

  • Approved Returns: Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.
