Personal details are stored, however one can always ask us to delete/remove its personal details. As to shipping. In order to fulfil your order we have to use your personal details. These personal details are used when we fill out the documents of the shipping carrier needed to ship your purchase. One can always ask which shipping carrier we use to ship your purchase and which possess your personal details.
